Anna Oliva
BayREN Program Specialist
Anna Oliva is the BayREN (Bay Area Regional Energy Network) Program Specialist for the Regional Climate Protection Authority. She is responsible for educating and updating City and County staff on BayREN’s energy and water efficiency programs, facilitating effective integration of BayREN solutions into community planning, and ensuring local government constituents have easy access to BayREN’s clean energy, climate resilient services. Additionally, she is working on the Water Upgrades Save Program and supporting the program Manager with a range of program implementation tasks.
Prior to working with RCPA, Anna worked for the City of San Rafael Sustainability Program as a Zero Waste Business and Community Outreach Climate Corps Fellow. Anna holds a B.S. in Multidisciplinary Science and minors in Sustainable Management and Biology from the University of Oregon.
